Q. How to manage my Subscribe and Save orders?

A. Once you’ve subscribed to a product, your subscription is easy to manage.   You can change your next order date, skip an order, change your selected frequency or cancel a subscribe and save order by visiting the ”Subscriptions” section in your LimeLife account.

Change an order date:

Click the “Calendar” button to the right of the next shipment date. Select a new date for your order. This will change the order date for the entire Subscription order.

Skip a delivery:

Click the “Skip Order” button to the right of the upcoming order date to skip the entire order.

Change delivery frequency:

The current delivery frequency is displayed next to each replenishment item. To change the delivery frequency for an individual item, simply click the frequency dropdown menu next to the item you would like to modify and select your desired frequency from the available options. Note: Changing the frequency won’t affect your next scheduled shipment; it will apply after that date. To modify the upcoming order, use Change Next Order Date (or Send Now).

Send an order now:

Click the “Send Now” button to the right of the upcoming order date to send the entire order.

To Skip only one product within an order that counts several products:

Click on “More Options" to the right of the item you wish to skip and select “Skip Product". You’ll be given a resume date and the item will be skipped from this order and will resume shipment on the date provided.

Cancel a Subscription:

Click on “More Options" to the right of the item you wish to cancel and select “Cancel Subscription". Once you’ve selected a cancellation reason and clicked the “Cancel Subscription” button. Your subscription for that item will be cancelled, and no future orders will be placed, provided the cancellation was requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled shipment date. You will receive an email notification confirming the cancellation. Please allow up to 24 hours for any modifications or cancellations to be processed.

Pause a subscription:

Click on “More Options" to the right of the item you wish to pause and select “Pause Subscription". You’ll be prompted to select a shipment resume date. Once you’ve selected the date and clicked the “Pause Subscription” button, your replenishment will be paused and will resume shipment on the date that you selected


Q. How can I change my Payment Method?

A. Visit the “Subscriptions” section within your account. Click on the billing section on the edit button next to your credit card.


Q. How can I change my shipping address?

A. To edit your shipping address, visit the “Subscriptions” section within your account. Click on the "Shipping” section on the 3 dots next to your address and click on the edit button. You can also add a new address and select it for this order specifically or for all shipments (just select the “Use for all shipments” box).


Q. Can I use Stars or Product Credit towards my order?

A. You can use points towards your first order only. Stars cannot be used towards replenishments.


Q. How long can I make edits to my Subscription before it ships?

A. You can make edits to your subscription order up to 1 day before your next processing date. Once you receive an email letting you know the order has been placed, it will be too late to make any changes.


Can I add a one-time purchase item to my next Subscription order ?

A. If you're logged into your account and have an upcoming subscription order, you can easily add eligible one-time purchase items directly from the product page. Simply click on “Add to my next order”, and the item will be added to your upcoming shipment.

Q. Can I get free shipping with Subscribe & Save orders?

A. When you sign up for Subscribe & Save, shipping fees apply to your initial order but after that, all Auto-Replenishment orders of $50 / 65 CAD or more will ship for free. You can add regular items to your order, however, to qualify for free shipping, your Subscribe & Save products must total at least $50 / 65 CAD in the same order. Auto-Replenishment orders below this amount will incur standard shipping fees. If you cancel and later reactivate your subscription, a one-time shipping fee will apply to the first order upon reactivation. Free shipping will then resume on all subsequent Auto-Replenishment orders of $50 / 65 CAD.


Q. Can I earn LimeLifer Rewards on subscription orders?

A. Your subscription is eligible for the same perks of the LimeLifer Program as non-subscription products.


Q. How will I know my Subscription is on the way?

A. We’ll send you a reminder email 4 days before your next scheduled order. If you need to manage your order, you can always change it before it starts processing up to 1 day before. We’ll send you another email when your order is processed.


Q. Can I return my Subscribe & Save?

A. No worries, Subscribe & Save products are eligible for the same return policy as non-subscription products. You will have 30 days from the delivery date to return your products for a full refund, minus shipping costs (if applicable.) However, please note you will then be responsible for canceling all future subscription orders to prevent future deliveries.


Q. Is there a membership fee?

A. There's no membership fee, and you can cancel at any time.
